Return Policy

We hope that you love all of your purchases from Lovely and Company. However, we do understand that sometimes you may need to return an item that you purchased from us. Here are some things you need to know:

• Returned purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
• In order to return, the original tags must be attached and the item should be in perfect condition. No stains, tears, or odors. 
• You must return your purchases within 14 days of receiving your order, after this time frame your item would not be eligible for return. 
• If you choose to return an item and receive store credit, you will receive a digital GIFT CARD via email once your return is processed. 
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. MUST SHIP USPS.
• All GIFT CARDS & SALE items are FINAL SALE.
• Damaged items must be reported within TWO days of receiving your order. Please email us @shoplovelyandco@gmail.com with photos of any damage. (color variation of merchandise online is not qualified as damage)
